    After the walkthrough, we’ll follow up with a one-page synopsis outlining our suggestions, so you have a clear vision of how we can transform the space to fit your needs and style.

    Whether you're looking to make a few updates or planning a big renovation, we're here to help you every step of the way.

    All design ideas will need to be confirmed with a zoning analysis based on the current property's survey and zoning requirements. This zoning analysis will be provided for a cost, via a proposal for review and acceptance.

Our PROCESS

  • From inquiry and initial consultation, we gather all of your site information and programming to create a proposal and contract tailored to your project. Upon approval, a signed contract and retainer, we’ll begin the design process!

  • We gather all the site information, your design inspirations and get started on the Preliminary Design.

  • We elaborate on the Preliminary Design and start to embellish the details in the Design Drawings.

    We facilitate showroom visits with you to make selections, create schedules, calculate order quantities and draw product accurately into the Design/Construction Drawing set. At the completion of this Phase, we assist in GC Preliminary Bidding.

  • We submit for a Building Permit and prepare for Construction.

  • We receive Final Pricing for your Project and you choose your contractor.

  • Construction begins!

    We visit the job site during construction (weekly/bi-weekly), as your advocate to help answer GC questions or assist in making design decisions at critical construction phases including final product, material or color selections, as required. Construction Administration lasts for the duration of construction until Substantial Completion of the Project.

  • Construction is complete!

    After move-in, we meet with you and the GC on site to review any remaining punch list items for Contractor completion and sign the Certificate of Substantial Completion.
